Q: How long does it take for a commissioned piece to be completed?
A: Each piece is a unique journey, and the timeframe can vary depending on the size, complexity, and current commission queue. Typically, it might range from a few weeks to a few months. I always aim to provide a timeframe estimate during our initial discussions.
Q: Can I visit your studio?
A: While I cherish my mountain studio's solitude, I occasionally host studio visits in Pemberton, BC, Canada. If you're interested, please get in touch, and we can discuss potential visit dates.
Q: Do you offer art classes or workshops?
A: While online art classes and workshops are a vision for the future, at the moment, my focus is on painting and commissions here. You can join the Art by Keita Collector's Community to stay updated on any future offerings! However, if you are based in Pemberton, BC, Canada, I do offer Art Classes and host “Art Club” in person at The Creative Cupboard.
Q: How do I care for my artwork?
A: To ensure the longevity of your piece, it's best to keep it out of direct sunlight and avoid extreme humidity or dryness. Dust it lightly with a soft cloth when needed. Don't hesitate to ask if you have specific care questions about a piece you've purchased or are considering!

A: The best way to stay in the loop is by joining the Art by Keita Collector's Community. As a member, you'll be the first to see new artwork, enjoy exclusive deals, and receive heartfelt notes from my studio.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy for artwork purchases?
A: I strive to ensure every client is thrilled with their purchase. If there are any issues or concerns with your artwork, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it, and we'll discuss potential solutions.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, I do offer international shipping. Costs and delivery times can vary based on location. Please get in touch for specific shipping inquiries related to your region, but as a general rule, prints take two weeks within Canada and the USA), and three weeks internationally. Canvas commissions and original artworks can vary.
